Services

Orvella Cleaning provides residential and short-term rental cleaning services. Services are performed based on the package selected at the time of booking.

While we aim to deliver thorough and high-quality results, cleaning outcomes may vary depending on the condition of the property and time allocated.

Bookings & Access

• Clients must provide accurate booking details.
• Access to the property must be available at the scheduled time.
• If we cannot access the property, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation.

Payments

• Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to charge for additional time if required.
• Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please refer to our Cancellation & Billing Policy for full details. By booking with us, you agree to those terms including any applicable fees.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to address any missed areas at no extra charge.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Damages & Liability

• We take care when cleaning your property.
• Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of service.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
• We are not liable for unsecured valuables.

Safety

• We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
• We do not handle hazardous materials, biohazards, or unsafe environments.
• Heavy lifting and moving large furniture is not included.

Limitation of Liability

Orvella Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
